  • Clinical Research of Concurrent Infection of AIDS Virus Viral and Viral Hepatitis C Virus

    Objective:To analyze infection way,clinical manifestation,liver function,immune function and clinical characteristics of AIDS combined with hepatitis C.Methods:Make a retrospective analysis of people with combined infection of AIDS virus infection viral and viral hepatitis type C from July 2010 to June 2011 in the first affiliated hospital of Henan college of traditional Chinese medicine.Results:Patients in hospital has 22 cases with combined viral hepatitis type C,accounting for 59.5% of the hospitalized patients,paid blood donation as the main infection ways.15 cases(68.2%) in concurrent infection are chronic hepatitis,10 cases(45.5%) are cirrhosis and 8 cases have entered the compensation period(36.4%).The proportion of concurrent infection patients with CD4 cells less than 200 cell·μL-1 has no difference with total hospital patients.Conclusion:The concurrent infection patients are often associated with different degree of liver damage,quick liver disease development and usually hepatic fibrosis and cirrhosis.HCV has little influence on immuno-deficiency caused by AIDS virus.The main impact is easier to cause HAART drug hepatotoxicity.

  • Traditional Chinese Medical Syndrome Distribution and Gender Factor Analysis of AIDS

    Objective:To study the correlation of syndrome distribution and gender factor analysis of human immunodeficiency virus infection and acquired immune deficiency syndrome patients(HIV infections and HIV/AIDS patients) to provide the reference for clinical syndrome differentiation.Methods:Make the syndrome distribution and gender factor analysis by using multi-stage random sampling method of 1 323 cases of HIV/AIDS patients and 778 cases of control group syndrome survey,gender and syndrome distribution of correlation analysis.Results:Men with damp and phlegm heat were more than women and women with stagnation of qi due to depression of the liver were more than men in sthenic zheng.Women with spleen and stomach weak and qi-yin asthenia were more than men.Compared with the control group,the difference of gender on HIV/AIDS syndrome distribution was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gender has certain influence on HIV/AIDS syndrome distribution.

    Objective:To observe the Weianning granules of orthotopic transplantation tumor and its metastases influences,as well as on adhesion molecule expression in gastric cancer tissue and related effects.Methods:Establishment of a nude mouse gastric cancer orthotopic transplantation model,give Weianning granules,determination of the graft aneurysm formation and growth and metastasis;the application of immunohistochemistry and RT-PCR detection of transplanted tumor tissue adhesion molecules E-cad,ICAM-1,CD44 protein and mRNA expression.Results:Weianning granules can significantly inhibit gastric carcinoma in situ growth,reduce metastasis;marked upregulation of the expression level of E-cad,downregulation of ICAM-1,the expression level of CD44.Conclusion:Weianning granules on gastric carcinoma growth and metastasis in nude mice also was significantly inhibited,the role and influence of adhesion molecules expression.

  • Clinical Research of Dingchuan Prescription 1 in the Treatment of Bronchial Asthma

    Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of Dingchuan prescription 1 in the treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:56 cases of patients were divided into the treatment group and control group according to random digits table,28 cases of each group.The treatment group were given Dingchuan prescription 1(tinglizi 9 g,mahuang 6 g,xingren 9 g,chenpi 12 g,banxia 10 g,suzi 9 g,xuanfuhua 12 g,daizhushi 18,jiangcan 12 g,pipaye 12 g,chuanbeimu 10 g,daihafen 9 g),1 agent daily,15 d as one period of treatment.The control group was given by aminophylline and hexadecadrol oral therapy.Results:Tthe effective rate was 89.3% in treatment group and 71.4% in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Dingchuan prescription 1 in the treatment of bronchial is distinct.

    Objective: To study the mechanism of"white tiger soup card may not big sweat"and"cassia twig soup to guangxi due to Yin deficiency".Methods: From"treatise on febrile diseases"article 16 and article 26 of article 28 of white tiger soup card and cassia twig decoction syndrome were analyzed.Results: ①Polyhidrosis is not the necessary symptoms of Baihu soup syndrome,but not general signs or symptoms.The possibility of fever heat and sweat out coexist in a patient at the same time is very small,because sweat out sending out body heat as well as a high temperature evaporating a large amount of surface water.So the occurrence of fever heat and sweat out coexist in a patient at the same time is wrong.②Guizhi as the principal agent in Guizhi soup has Heyang function.Shaoyao has nourishing yin function.Therefore,the application of Guizhi soup by Zhongjing has Guizhi soup minus Shaoyao and Guizhi soup plus Shaoyao as well as Guizhi soup plus Guizhi and Guizhi soup minus Guizhi.This regularity of complementary functions conform to the objective reality of clinical disease change.So Guizhi soup has Lingguishugan soup corresponding to water-damp retention of deficiency of spleenYANG and Lingshaoshugan soup corresponding to water-damp retention of asthenic splenoyin as well as Guizhigancao soup and Shaoyaogancao soup corresponding to clinical Yang and Yin deficiency.Otherwise that will violate the consideration of Yin and Yang in clinical practice.Conclusion: Baihutang symptom and Guizhitang symptom have preferable effect according to zheng differentiation-treatment.

  • Clinical Study of Open Reduction and Internal Fixation with Kirschner Wire Combined with Bone Grafting in the Treatment of Calcaneus Intra-articular Fracture

    Objective:To investigate the clinical curative effect of open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire combined with bone grafting in the treatment of calcaneus intra-articular fracture.Methods:58 cases of closed calcaneus intra-articular fracture were given open reduction and internal fixation with Kirschner wire combined with bone grafting.Results:Afteroperation X-ray measurement:Bohler angle was 30 ° and Gissane angle was 132 °.According to the Maryland scoring system,the good rate was 87.1%,excellent 30,good 24,ok 6,poor 2.Conclusion:This method has better clinical curative effect with short operation time,small trauma,less postoperative complications and exact curative effect.The removal of Kirschner wire is convenient without reoperative.This method has a certain advantage in the treatment of calcaneus intra-articular fracture.

  • Influence of Lipixiao Capsule on Sex Hormones in Serum of Cyclomastopathy Rats

    Objective:To investigate the influence of Lipixiao capsule on sex hormones in serum of cyclomastopathy model rats.Methods:50 Wistar female unpregnancy rats were randomly divided into the normal group,model group,Lipixiao capsule group and Ripixiao capsule group.Each group had 10 rats besides 20 of model group.The Lipixiao capsule group and Ripixiao capsule group were separately given intragastric administration of Lipixiao capsule and Ripixiao capsule.The model group and normal group were given intragastric administration of physiological saline 2 mL·d-1,continuous 30 d.Determine the height and diameter of nipple,E2,P and PRL level in serum of abdominal aorta after 6h of the final dose.Results:Compared the nipple height and diameter of model group with normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the E2,P and PRL level in serum of model group with normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the nipple height and diameter of Lipixiao capsule group with normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The E2,P and PRL level in Lipixiao capsule group and Ripixiao capsule group were obviously decreased.Compared with the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Lipixiao capsule can reduce E2 and PRL level in serum,restrain hyperplasia of mammary glands and regulate endocrine hormone level.

    Objective:To establish a high performance capillary electrophoresis(HPCE) method to determine the content of oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,rosmarinci acid and caffeic acid in Xiakucao.Methods:To determine the content of oleanolic acid and ursolic acid using micellar capillary electric method.Determine the content of rosmarinci acid and caffeic acid using capillary zone electrophoresis.Results:The content of oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,rosmarinci acid and caffeic acid had good linear relation in 54.8-657.6 mg·L-1,102.4-819.2 mg·L-1,20.4-163.2 mg·L-1 and 10.2-81.6 mg·L-1.R was separately 0.999 8,0.999 9,0.999 4 and 0.999 2.The average recovery was 95.8%,95.6%,97.7% and 96.7%.RSD was 1.9%,1.9%,1.6% and 2.0%.Conclusion:This method was simple,rapid,accurate with a strong specificity and can be used as a determination of the content of oleanolic acid,ursolic acid,rosmarinci acid and caffeic acid in Xiakucao.

  • Cinical Studies of Flavored Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in the Treatment of Adhesive Ileus

    Objective:To study the clinical curative effect of xuefu zhuyu decoction in the treatment of adhesive ileus.Methods:68 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,34 cases of each group.The treatment group was given xuefu zhuyu decoction for 1-3 courses of treatment(taoren 12 g,honghua 9 g,niuxi 9 g,yanhusuo 9 g,cuxiangfu 9 g,chuanqiong 6 g,chishao 6 g,jiegeng 6 g,chaihu 6 g,zhiqiao 6 g,wulingzhi 6 g,mudanpi 6 g,wuyao 6 g,roucongrong 6 g).The control group was given oral mosapride citrate tablets,3 months follow-up.Results:The effective rate was 52.9% in the control group,the effective rate was 85.3% in the treatment group.Compared the effective rate,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Flavored xuefu zhuyu decoction in the treatment of adhesive ileus has distinct curative effect.

  • Curative Effect Evaluation of Auxiliary Therapy of Dahuang for Severe Acute Pancreatitis

  • Clinical Research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Enema Treatment for Purging Type Irritable Bowel Syndrome

    Objective:To explore the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment for purging type irritable bowel syndrome.Methods:79 patients with purging type irritable bowel syndrome were randomly divided into the treatment group(n=39) and control group(n=40).The treatment group was given traditional Chinese medicine enema(basic formula:baizhu 20 g,houpu 6 g,wumei 12 g,shiliupi 15 g,wuzeigu 15 g,chaobaishao 12 g).The control group was given western medicine treatment.Results:The effective rate of diarrhea was 92.3% in the treatment group and 72.5% in the control group.The effective rate of stomachache was 87.2% in the treatment group and 75.0% in the control group.Compared the effective power,the differences was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine enema treatment for purging type irritable bowel syndrome has affirmative curative effect.

  • Iinfluence of Shufengliangxue Prescription on IL-6 and IL-8 in Serum of Anaphylactoid Purpura Child

    Objective:To explore the influence of Shufengliangxue prescription on IL-6 and IL-8 in serum of anaphylactoid purpura child.Methods:68 patients with allergic purpura were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given symptomatic treatment of western medicine and the treatment group was given additional self-made Shufengliangxue prescription based on the control group.Use radio-immunity method to detect IL-6 and IL-8.Results:The effective rate was 70.6% in control group and 94.1% in the treatment group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared the IL-6 and IL-8 level,the difference was statistically significant in the treatment after 1 month of therapy(P<0.05).But the control group was in contrast(P>0.05).Conclusion:Self-made Shufengliangxue prescription can reduce IL-6 and IL-8 levels,improve recent curative effect and prevent the occurrence of purpura nephritis.

  • The Analyses of the Hypochondriasis State of Clinical Chinese Medicine Majoring Students in Trational Chinese Medicine Universities and Its′ Influencing Factors

    Objective:To find out the hypochondriasis state of clinical Chinese medicine majoring students in TCM universities and its′ influencing factors.Methods:665 students from a university of TCM and two other universities investigated with EPQ revised by Gong Yaoxian and Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory.Results:The hypochondriasis marks of the students in university of TCM change remarkable in different grades(P<0.05),but there isn′t significant difference in other universities(P>0.05).E.N.P.L.of EPQ with common,the defference was remarkable(P<0.05).Hypochondriasis is closely related to all the dimensionality of personality(P<0.05),especially for the dimensionality N and dimensionality P.Conclusion:Hypochondriasis is intimately associated with academic environment and personality.Students with Hypochondriasis should have corresponding psychological guidance according to their personalities and the features of clinical Chinese medicine.

    Objective:To research the effect of massage combined with traditional Chinese medicine external washing and CPM function training in prevention of knee joint after fracture of lower limb stiffness.Methods:50 patients were randomly divided into 25 cases in the control group and the treatment group.Patients in control group were treated by washing with Chinese herbs and CPM machine function exercise,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of massage.Results: The effective rate was 64% in control group and 80% in treatment group.Cormpared the effective rate of the two group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Manual,washing with Chinese herbal medicine plus CPM function exercise,prevention and treatment of knee joint after fracture of lower limb stiffness,is a more effective method.

  • Literature Research of Splenasthenic Syndrome Symptoms Regularity

    Objective:To study the syndrome symptoms regularity of splenasthenic syndrome.Methods:Geted out symptoms and signs occurrence frequency of splenasthenic syndrome from collection and sorting of the journal net database.Compare their similarities and differences in different diseases through the application of clustering analysis and principal component analysis of splenasthenic syndrome symptoms and signs distribution characteristics and combination rule.Results:Gastrointestinal disease accounted for 28.57% of all disease.11 highest frequency symptoms:sallow complexion,without colour etc apparently performance of spleen qi deficiency.Cluster analysis showed that some related symptoms to gather for category and similar disease can get for a class.Factor analysis showed that 16 major bases can cover 41 symptoms with more than 0.5% frequency,accounted for 69.13%.Compared the digestive diseases and non digestive diseases,the incidence rate of abdominal distension,stomachache,figure emaciated,loose stool,indesting,constipation and pale tongue was more in digestive diseases(P<0.05).Pale tongue and indentation incidence were more in non digestive diseases(P<0.05).Conclusion:Splenasthenic syndrome has certain differences but common performance in different disease symptoms.The symptoms characteristics of splenasthenic syndrome are virtual symptoms,gastrointestinal symptoms and disease specific symptoms.
